I've always been fascinated by real paranormal stories, so I built GhostsMap (https://www.ghostsmap.com/) as a weekend project: an interactive world map where anyone can pin and share their ghost encounters anonymously.

How it works: - Users submit location + a short description via a simple form (no login needed). - Pins appear on a searchable map, filterable by date/type (e.g., shadows, voices). - Tech: Built with React/Google Map, Firebase for backend storage—kept it lightweight and open for contributions.

Right now it's got a handful of pins from Japan and the UK, but I'd love feedback: What's missing? Better moderation? Mobile tweaks? Or your own story to add?

Curious if anyone's built something similar for folklore/urban legends.
